I need to lose weight before I book a shoot...

NO! No you don’t. This is something we hear often. Beauty comes in every shape and size and it is “inside” of you. If you have the right attitude it doesn’t matter if you are tall, short, curvy, skinny, big busted or small busted, you ARE beautiful!  Booking a photo session with us will build your confidence and show you that you are beautiful no matter what.

PRIVACY: Will you post my images online?

Privacy is very important to me and I only post photos with your permission. I’ve worked with a variety of high-profile women where privacy is of the utmost importance, so if you want to keep your session private, no images will be made public by me.  I also never posts nudity, so you can relax knowing that your private parts will be kept, well, private!

How do I book my session?

Please complete the Booking Request Form and the photographer will contact you within the next 2 business days to finalize the details about your session.

Once you are ready to book, you will receive an invoice for the booking fee and a Photo Consent & Agreement to sign.

Do you require a booking fee to schedule my session?

Yes! A non-refundable booking fee is required to book any photo session.

The booking fee may vary depending on the package you select. Please see additional details in the Packages Page by clinking on the Book Now icon of your desired package.

What’s a Booking Fee and Session Fee?

Booking fee is non-refundable and it is required to secure your session date and time.

Session fee covers my time and talent as you photographer and it is due immediately before we start the photo session.

Example: If you select a $500.00 package, the booking fee is $100.00 and the session fee is $400.00

How soon should I schedule my boudoir shoot?

I get booked sometimes with months in advance, so it is important to plan ahead to make sure we can get a time that works well for you. But don’t hesitate to check-in with me, I may be able to work something out with you.

If you are taking the photos as an anniversary or a wedding gift, I recommend doing your shoot 6-8 weeks before your special date. This will give me enough time to work on your images. Please note, I only deliver digital files, but if you want to print any image, I can recommend some places.

What else should I budget in for my boudoir session?

Besides the session cost, you should also have a budget to include hair and make up service, lingerie, shoes, accessories, manicure & pedicure, waxing service, and other grooming/beauty needs. You want to look your very best.

Some clients also choose to book a nice hotel because they are usually nicely decorated with plenty of space and natural light.

Where should I do my boudoir photo session?

My boudoir studio in San Jose dedicated for my clients to use at no additional cost.

Other locations that work well for boudoir shoots include your own home or a secluded outdoor location.  I recommend booking a luxury hotel or a boutique hotel to get the best results because it is spacious, nicely decorated, free of clutter, and offers plenty of natural light.

Do you do Boudoir Maternity Session? When should I take my Maternity photos?

YES! Maternity pictures should be taken during the 3rd trimester when the belly is big and round.

Note: I also do Newborn Sessions. If you are interested in newborn photos, it is important to book your session while you are pregnant. Please don’t wait until the baby is born to schedule your session. My schedule fills up quickly. For samples of my Newborn work, please check my other website and ask me for a “Belly to Baby” package deal: www.aline-designs.com

Will my images be posted on your site or used as marketing materials?

I rely on my clients to allow me to use images to show potential clients my work as I do not work with models. However, your images are completely private unless you grant me permission to show the images you select as part of my portfolio. Such permission is granted through the model release agreement.

Your privacy is extremely important, so please be assured that I take this seriously.

You have the options on how you’d like your images be handled and there are different levels of privacy statements that will suit your comfort level in the contract.

Will you photoshop/touch-up my images?

Yes.  I will retouch all your images prior to our ordering session together.  Retouching includes skin smoothing, teeth whitening, stretch marks/blemish removal and sharpening of important details.  Additional images beyond the ones states in my package can be retouched as well for a fee.

Do I need to bring my own outfits?

YES! For hygiene reasons, the client must bring her own lingerie, shoes and accessories.

Can I bring a friend to my session?

Yes, but I don’t recommend it, unless you are doing a boudoir party. I noticed that having a friend present makes the client more nervous.

Nobody wants an audience while they are trying to look sexy. My goal is to get you to relax and enjoy your session.

How long does it take for me to get my photos? Can I purchase additional images?

Approximately 2-4 weeks after your photo session you will be provided with a link to a private online gallery to select your favorite photos. Additional images can be purchased separately.

Please note that such time frame may be longer for event sessions.

How will I get my final images?

All final, high-resolution digital images will be delivered electronically through a digital download link.

Can I print the final images delivered to me?

Yes. You can print the High-Resolution images for PERSONAL USE ONLY.

Am I allowed to post any of the images online on Social Media sites?

Yes. I will provide you with a lower-resolution web version with my logo on the corner.

Can I send you the Photo Consent/Model Release document later, after the photo session?

No. We will not begin the photo session until I have the signed document.
